Zainab is one of the directors or Flying High and a senior manager at our Ward End setting. She is currently the interim manager at our Castle Bromwich Site while we recruit a new manager.

She has over 10 years’ experience of working in nurseries and has a Level 3 childcare and a level 5 Business Management qualification. She is local to the area and knows the needs of the children and families very well.

Zainab is also our Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Coordinator and qualified Designated Safeguarding Lead.

She is always available to talk to you if you need any support or have any concerns.

Anzar has been with Flying High since day one and is our Business Manager and also a director of the company. She knows the families and the local area very well. She can answer any of your queries about eligibility for funding, places and hours available  and organise tours of our settings.  Anzar also manages our work experience programme and volunteer programme.

Anzar has a Level 3 Business Management qualification.

Sue is one of the nursery's senior leadership team and is the owner and director of Flying High.  Sue takes the strategic lead on staffing, finance and all compliance issues such as Ofsted.  Sue spent 30 years working in schools including 25 years as a school leader.  She was headteacher of a large school in the area so have a really good understanding of the local community. Sue has a passion for ensuring that the children at Flying High get the best possible start in life.  Sue is very hands-on and is often in our settings working alongside the staff and ensuring our provision is meeting the needs of all our children.
