HOW ARE PARENTS KEPT UP TO DATE WITH THEIR CHILD'S DEVELOPMENT?

We ensure that you can speak to our staff at the end of each day. We will provide you with a home/school communication booklet if your child is under 2 or stays with us all day - this ensures we can have a meaningful dialogue with you about your child's experiences and progress at nursery.  Three times a year we hold Parent consultations where your child's key worker will talk to about your child's progress and their next steps.  We use the Development Matters and Early Years Foundation Stage profile to map out what your child is achieving.  The summary document is given to you and your child's school when they leave us to start school.
